The staff was attentive I received many helpful tips to explore the city. The location provided convenient access to the main center. The hotel maintained a super clean environment .

The room had some condensation I also noticed water damage on the walls.

The staff was helpful. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily. The hotel's location near the city center made it easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants.

The walls in my room showed some condensation and water damage, which gave it a worn feel.

wall condensation worn-down room

the staff were friendly and helpful they guided us in activities and visits

the room had condensation on the walls it was also fairly worn down i think the upkeep is lacking the bathroom especially needed attention

A balanced view of my stay

air conditioning nice cafe great restaurant water damage reasonable quality worn down room

My room was cleaned every day I appreciated that. Air conditioning was a blessing after a day in the heat I found. Some nice cafes and restaurants were nearby also. The location was close to the Botanic Garden and the National Science Museum.

The room had some condensation on walls I noticed. The walls also had some water damage. It was fairly worn down unfortunately. The mattress quality was reasonable.
